Job summary

Insight Global, partnering with a physician-led ASC platform, seeks a Chief Operating Officer & Regional Operations Lead for its flagship Surgical Center in Gresham, OR. This newly created leadership role launches in Q4 and will build the base for a growing regional network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience within an ASC, outpatient surgery, physician practice, or related healthcare setting.
Demonstrated experience owning and managing a P&L with measurable business results.
Experience leading operational growth initiatives, business expansion efforts, or multi-site healthcare operations.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare stakeholders.
Strong financial acumen, operational leadership, and business management experience.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
Track record of taking ownership, solving complex business challenges, and driving results with limited oversight.
