Job summary

Mullens Markings, a growing pavement marking and traffic control company based in Buchanan, VA, is seeking dependable Flaggers to join our new Traffic Control Division. You will work outdoors with a crew, directing traffic and helping keep drivers, workers, and construction zones safe.

We value safety-minded, reliable team players who can handle varying weather and shift schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Flagger certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Traffic control or construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic through active work zones.
• Set up and remove signs, cones, and other traffic control devices.
• Communicate with drivers and crew members.
• Load and unload traffic control equipment.
• Help keep work zones safe and organized.
• Follow traffic control plans and safety procedures.

What You'll Do
