Job summary

Propark Mobility in Mineola, NY is seeking a Flagger - Traffic Control to assist guests with parking and guide traffic at NYU Langone Health location. The role is non-driving with a mix of full-time and part-time shifts, including weekends and varied daytime hours, at $18.00 per hour.

As a team member, you will record daily transactions, maintain a clean cashier booth, uphold company service standards, and assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old (implied)
• High School degree preferred but not required
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain professional and friendly demeanor with customers and staff
• Ability to provide customer resolution professionally

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.
• Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
• Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
• May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Union: Local 272
Shift & Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must Haves
