PRIME Traffic Control is hiring for MOT/FLAGGING services on road projects across Florida. The role involves flagging traffic, setting up safe work zones, and supporting an Advanced MOT Foreman.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with overtime at $24.00 per hour, plus a $25 nightly per diem for overnight stays when needed. The company promotes from within and offers a dedicated training program to advance to Foreman within months.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Florida driver's license.
• Clean driving record required for safety and efficiency.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to stand outside for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel within Florida for overnight stays.
• Drug/alcohol testing performed; drug-free workplace.
• No felony convictions in the last 5 years.
• Must understand and follow safety training and standards.

Responsibilities

• Flag traffic and manage safe work zones.
• Operate company trucks to support Foreman on site.
• Participate in Flagger/Foreman training and development.
• Assist with setup of signage, cones, and safety equipment.
