We are seeking a Warehouse Driver/Associate for Ryan Herco Flow Solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide frontline customer service at the “Will-Call” counter, entering orders, answering questions, and selling parts using friendly customer service skills.
2. Pull, package, and ship orders accurately and cost-effectively for customers.
3. Organize stock and maintain locations on the computer.
4. Drive the company-owned truck and deliver orders to customers.
5. Provide excellent customer service when engaging with Ryan Herco Flow Solutions’ customers.
6. Load and unload truck deliveries.

Requirements:

1. One to three years of warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience.
2. Driving/delivery experience.
3. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
4. Ability to drive in the five boroughs of New York City.
5. Knowledge of PVC fittings or the plumbing industry is a plus.
6. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively and work productively with a wide range of people.
7. Solid interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining cooperative working relationships at all levels.
8. Reliable and effective communication skills.
9. Strong teamwork and a professional demeanor.
