Olen Living in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a full-time role at the Indian Hills community. The position focuses on keeping residents satisfied through quality workmanship and reliable maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC tasks, assist with apartment turnover, and participate in community maintenance duties to maintain safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1–2 years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving or maneuvering up to 100 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work. For Florida, must have valid driver’s license.
• Must provide and use their own hand tools to perform duties required unless otherwise specified by the property.
• Effective problem solving and time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Team player attitude
• Able to respond to emergency calls after scheduled work hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Maintenance Technician
