American Fence Company is seeking a Rental Fence Installation Foreman to lead installation sites across California. The role focuses on managing installation, removal, and repair of rental fence panels while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include site prep, post pounding, panel installation, and coordinating with customers. Candidates should have leadership experience, reliability, and familiarity with heavy equipment operations and DOT-compliant driving.

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare the site area for installation of the fence.
Locate markings and follow underground utility safety requirements before pounding posts.
Align posts and verify vertical alignment; pound posts into ground.
Attach fence rails and install privacy panels as required.
Install rental fence panels on posts or stands and stabilize with weights.
Carry panels and materials to site for installation; field repair panels as needed.
Interact with customers to relay site specifications and questions.
Drive company truck to sites and back following DOT regulations.
Complete signatures and time sheets, and other paperwork.
Inspect equipment safety checklists before use and follow safety rules.
