Job summary

McDonald Automotive in Parker, CO, is seeking a Fixed Operations Inventory Specialist who will manage inventory, handle parts ordering, and oversee shipping and receiving at the Audi Parker location. This hands-on role requires strong computer skills and comfort with multiple software systems.

You should have experience in auto parts inventory, a valid driver's license, and be team-oriented with a readiness to perform warehouse tasks. Forklift certification within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems is a requirement.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with multiple software systems required
• Previous auto parts experience (dealer or aftermarket) is a plus
• Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology.
• Experience with shipping & receiving a plus
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field (an asset).
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Forklift experience a plus (certification required within 90 days of hire)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

About the Role

With nine automotive brands across 13 rooftops, McDonald Automotive Group operates an internal distribution franchise that maintains and delivers an inventory of aftermarket parts and supplies within the McDonald family of dealerships. We are looking for someone with inventory experience, who is computer savvy, and who is not afraid to get their hands dirty with manual labor. This is a hands‑on position that includes inventory management, parts ordering, shipping & receiving, warehouse organization and deliveries. This includes much more than auto parts and will be based in our Audi Parker location.
