Job summary

McDonald Automotive Group in Parker, CO, is seeking a Fixed Operations Inventory Specialist. This hands‑on role manages inventory, orders parts, ships and receives, and keeps the warehouse organized. Based at the Audi Parker location, you will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth parts flow and accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates bring inventory control experience, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift certification within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with multiple software systems.
• Previous auto parts experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive components and terminology.
• Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field is an asset.

About the Role

With nine automotive brands across 13 rooftops, McDonald Automotive Group operates an internal distribution franchise that maintains and delivers an inventory of aftermarket parts and supplies within the McDonald family of dealerships. We are looking for someone with inventory experience, who is computer savvy, and who is not afraid to get their hands dirty with manual labor. This is a hands‑on position that includes inventory management, parts ordering, shipping & receiving, warehouse organization and deliveries. This includes much more than auto parts and will be based in our Audi Parker location.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems is a requirement.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with multiple software systems required
• Previous auto parts experience (dealer or aftermarket) is a plus
• Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology.
• Experience with shipping & receiving a plus
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field (an asset).
• Team oriented and self‑motivated.
• Forklift experience a plus (certification required within 90 days of hire)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
