Job summary

Hireology in Jackson, Mississippi seeks an experienced Fixed Operations Director after an internal promotion. You will lead the service department, manage parts inventory, and drive customer satisfaction in all vehicle service activities.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, budgeting, defining goals, explaining repairs to customers, staying current with product training, and maintaining a high CSI. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, paid holidays and vacation, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a service manager or Fixed Operations Director.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Clean driving record; valid driver's license.
• CDJR experience a plus.

• Manage Parts Inventory working closely with parts manager to ensure inventory levels and turns are appropriate.
• Understand customer; match requirements and concerns to service options.

• Stay up to date on new products and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a service customer follow-up system to support repeat and referral business.
• Hire and supervise all service department personnel and monitor performance.
• Craft goals and budgets and develop a marketing plan for new business.
• Maintain a high CSI rating by handling complaints promptly.

• Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers


• Craft goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business


• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
