The Fixed Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of fixed equipment within industrial or manufacturing facilities. This position focuses on the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other stationary machinery. The technician will work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment by implementing best practices and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalated, thereby supporting continuous production and operational excellence. Ultimately, the Fixed Maintenance Technician contributes to a safe, productive, and cost-effective working environment by maintaining the integrity of essential fixed assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
