Victory Capital invites rising juniors and seniors to join its Fixed Income Trading Summer Intern program in San Antonio, TX. The eight-week internship provides hands-on exposure to investment grade, high yield, structured products and municipal trading desks, working with seasoned traders and portfolio managers.

No prior trading experience required; candidates should be passionate about financial markets, curious, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• No prior trading experience required; eagerness to learn about fixed income trading.

Responsabilités

• Gain exposure to Investment Grade Corporate, High Yield, Structured Product and Municipal trading desks.
• Learn how institutional fixed income trades are sourced, evaluated and executed.
• Interact with portfolio managers and research analysts to understand how investment decisions translate into trading activity.
• Assist the trading team with market research, trade analysis and other projects.
