Qualifications

• Open to rising juniors and seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Interest in Finance; major not required for employment.
• No prior finance or sales & trading knowledge required, but interest is essential.
• Prepare for the SIE exam and demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau; detail oriented with leadership ability.
• Participation in Capstone Project/Final Presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client verticals and fixed income products.
• Support financial strategies team on various projects.
• Use back-office systems and collaborate with support groups.
• Assist sales team and learn how products are sold to buyside.
• Support trading and underwriting teams and the issue/secondary market process.
• Contribute to weekly publications of market commentary.
