Susquehanna International seeks a Quantitative Developer with strong Python skills to join the Fixed Income Technology Team. You will help design and maintain proprietary trading systems used by the sales desk, collaborating with traders, quant analysts, and other tech groups.

You will build data-driven tools for market data, pricing, risk, and P&L, turning complex requirements into scalable software in a fast-paced environment, with focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience developing data tools and applications in Python.
• Experience with Python data science stack: NumPy, Pandas.
• Prior Quant Developer experience and understanding financial models is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with traders, quants, and developers.
• Interest in capital markets, probability, game theory, and IT solutions in these areas is a plus.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in CS, applied science, or similar; advanced degree a plus.
