Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Analyst for PGIM's Global Wealth Fixed Income team. You will develop marketing content, research, and analytics to support business development and client engagement across public and private fixed income strategies.

You'll work with investment, product, sales, and marketing teams to translate investment insights into clear client-ready content and support product positioning and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in asset management, investment management, fixed income, mutual funds, product marketing, or related field.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and fixed income concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance fund presentations, pitchbooks, sales ideas, and other marketing materials that support business development and client engagement efforts.
• Manage and maintain product content, including fund information, portfolio manager biographies, website materials, and other client-facing resources.
• Gather and analyze market, portfolio, and competitive data to support product positioning, marketing recommendations, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner across teams to create compelling presentation materials and content for sales meetings and client conversations.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform product messaging and marketing strategy.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives to drive product awareness and content effectiveness.
