Our organization follows a hybrid work structure (3 days in office) where employees can work remotely and/from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

What you can expect

  • Facilitate trade flow by ensuring transactions are matched on industry confirmation platforms, confirmed in internal trade systems, and settled in the market.
  • Monitor daily trade-status reporting, including prematching, settlement exceptions, and failed trades.

  • Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
  • Support local projects, system enhancements, and process-improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.
  • Provide timely resolution of operational issues raised by critical business partners and communicate status clearly through closure.
  • Build effective internal and external relationships to help ensure appropriate service levels for supported funds and portfolios.
  • Stay current on industry initiatives, market developments, and settlement trends that may affect the operating model or create opportunities for improvement.
What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in middle-office operations, trade support, or financial-services operations preferred.
  • Experience with trade confirmations and settlements strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of global markets and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables; experience developing macros is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
