The role covers UAT, production support, issue resolution, and business analysis, requiring a strong mix of functional and data-analysis skills. The candidate will handle post-trade processing for fixed income, including clearing, settlement, custody, and P&L, with a focus on MBS/ABS/CLOs and related products.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed income post-trade processing and a deep understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact including clearing, settlement, custody, and P&L workflows.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, data tracing, and issue investigations.
• Experience supporting UAT, production issues, and business users across Operations, Tech and QA.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional support during testing and UAT phases, including test case development and defect resolution.
• Offer production and user support across Operations, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Analyze issues and perform root-cause analysis using Broadridge Impact data.
• Translate business requirements into Impact business flows, use cases and functional specs.
• Investigate issues via database queries and transaction-level data analysis.
• Develop use cases, functional requirements, test scenarios and cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and functional issues.
• Support impact assessment of process changes across clearing, settlement and custody lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot P&L calculations, stock ledger, factor/rate adjustments, positions and settlement processing.
• Participate in requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, defect management and implementation.
• Document business processes and system functionality for knowledge transfer.
