We seek a Portfolio Strategy Analyst to monitor portfolios, support policy adherence and contribute to market research and growth initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration across investment, economics and business development, with ongoing learning and professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Progress toward CFA/CTP designation or MBA preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in fixed income asset management or public agency treasury.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and investment analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client portfolios for alignment with investment policies and applicable state code.
• Assist with reports and communicate clearly with clients and investment team members.
• Support business development efforts and maintain Salesforce data for target markets.
• Assist with product development tasks and initial analyses to support investment strategies.
• Track market trends and macroeconomic indicators to inform portfolio decisions.
