Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in fixed income desk support, operations, or related function.
• FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 63.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field preferred; unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of new issue competitive deal workflows, including DTCC eligibility and closing coordination.
• Assist in trade capture, comparison, and settlement; resolve breaks with guidance from senior team.
• Support FINRA, MSRB, SEC trade reporting and maintain accurate records per regulations.
• Coordinate with traders, sales, operations, and counterparties; contribute to management reporting.
• Develop proficiency toward independent execution in fixed income trading operations.
