Morgan Stanley is seeking an Analyst for the Fixed Income Controllership team within ISG Finance to deliver financial analysis and performance metrics to senior management. The role supports global Fixed Income reporting, balance sheet analytics, and P&L sign-off across the business units and product areas.

You will collaborate with Finance colleagues worldwide, learn Finance tools and processes, and raise issues for timely resolution while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Analyst level role in Fixed Income Controllership
• 0-2 years' relevant experience expected
• Willingness to learn Finance principles and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Firm colleagues
• Develop understanding of Finance tools and processes
• Support deliverables with guidance and escalate issues
• Produce internal management reporting for Fixed Income globally
• Review daily revenues, oversee weekly MCR, balance sheet analytics and P&L sign-off
• Perform month-end book vs. reported differences analysis
• Consolidate quarter-end due diligence with global controllers
• Assist Fixed Income COOs and Controllers with expense questions
• Participate in monthly/quarterly meetings for expense variances
