Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience; internships count.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for a fixed income product line.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions.
• Research discrepancies with custodian banks and resolve them.
• Escalate breaks and track issues to resolution.
• Assist with trade support, actions processing, NAV/pricing checks.
• Maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with custodians, trading, and PM teams.
