Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review capital projects for accuracy and record fixed assets.
• Maintain fixed asset records including additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and other activity.
• Reconcile fixed asset activity to the general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Cross-train on other Corporate Accounting functions and provide backup support as needed.
• Assist with month-end close and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare recurring fixed asset and capital expenditure reports and asset listings.
