Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Fixed Asset Manager to lead the fixed asset portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, transfers, and disposals while ensuring timely close of the fixed assets ledger. The role requires strong Workday expertise and a background in accounting/finance.

With 5+ years in fixed asset management, you will collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting, ensure GAAP/SOX compliance, and mentor team members in a hybrid, Coppell, TX environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset management or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of fixed asset accounting and accruals.
• Proficiency in using Workday for fixed asset management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the fixed asset portfolio and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of all fixed assets.
• Managing the entire fixed asset process, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end close of the fixed assets ledger.
• Collaborating with the finance team on capital budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
• Implementing and managing asset tagging and tracking systems.
• Conducting regular audits to verify existence and condition of assets.
• Ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Using Workday for fixed asset management and reporting.
• Training and mentoring team members on fixed asset procedures and Workday usage.
