• Records contributions, distributions, and fund expenses through proper fund entity structures.
• Reconciles bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable regularly to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyzes recordings and identifies solutions to dividends.
• Monitors receivables and assists in collections for past-due accounts.
• Manages and resolves chargebacks and dividends efficiently.
• Maintains up-to-date vendor information in the accounting system.
