Job summary

Amelia Island Getaways is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspection & Operations Lead to maintain our five-star guest experience. You will own property readiness, train new inspectors, and ensure consistency across inspection programs while collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and office teams.

This dynamic role combines independent field work with teamwork, requiring organization, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company's commercial auto policy.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must live in Yulee or Fernandina Beach, FL
• Must meet physical requirements and capable of performing laborious work, including lifting 25–35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed guest and owner arrival inspections to ensure property meets Amelia Island Getaways' quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate maintenance, housekeeping, and operational issues with timely follow-up.
• Complete light maintenance and property readiness tasks for guest readiness.
• Train, mentor, and support new inspectors, promoting consistency and quality across the team.
• Provide hands-on field operations support including handling linens, amenities, and turnover supplies, and coordinate inventory.
