You’ll drive efficient scheduling, oversee inventory and safety compliance, and champion sustainable practices while upholding Hilton’s renowned hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver impeccable guest experiences daily.
• Set cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with front office and maintenance to keep operations smooth and guest satisfaction high.
• Develop and refine housekeeping procedures to meet Hilton's standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting and supply orders with focus on efficiency and sustainability.
