Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• 21+ to drive company vehicles and pass yearly MVR review.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Completely clean and maintain the Beach Club facility.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Dust surfaces.
• Replenish all paper items.
• Clean all glass and mirrors.
• Replace burned out light bulbs.
• Empty and clean ash trays.
• Empty waste baskets, clean them and line them properly.
• Vacuum/Sweep/Mop all rooms daily.
• Spot clean carpet when necessary.
• Re-supply guest amenities.
• Clean windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of doors and chandeliers.
• Perform deep cleaning as instructed by Supervisor.
• Follow daily housekeeping sheet tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely to maximize productivity.
• Learn and greet regular Guests and Members by name.
• Record and process guest charges as needed per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of guest services, local info, and Sea Island history to assist guests.
• Complete a Guest Problem Resolution form if applicable and follow up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Uphold departmental quality and timing standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Report equipment problems, safety hazards, or unsafe practices to supervisor.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute ideas.
• Willing to perform additional duties as delegated by leadership.
