• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

Responsible for analyzing and investigating customer and transactional activity and data to identify patterns to confirm suspicious activity. Responsible for filing suspicious activity reports with regulatory agencies involving Pathward accounts and/or services, in accordance with bank procedures. This position requires the analyst to evaluate multiple banking product types, financial crime types, and systems.

Salary range: $17.25 hourly – $28 hourly

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.
