Acushnet Company is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist for the Jacksonville, FL region under the Titleist banner. You will deliver world-class fitting experiences at events, using TrackMan and Titleist expertise to guide golfers to optimal equipment choices.

You will manage event logistics, travel between events, and cultivate lasting relationships with players and customers while representing the Titleist brand with professionalism and passion.

Formación

• 2+ years of club fitting experience.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong product knowledge of Titleist golf equipment.
• Experience using fitting technology (TrackMan) and related apps.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to events.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations.
• Leverage fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate event logistics and build relationships with golfers in the Jacksonville region.
• Support 130–150 events per season, Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
• Act as a Titleist brand ambassador and provide excellent customer service.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 130-150 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region. **What You Bring*** 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology* Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills* Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities* Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications* Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently* Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day* Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience* Required: Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card* \\*\\*\\***Please note:** This is a contract position that will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.
