Job summary

The Colony Scheels is seeking a store associate in The Colony, TX to greet customers, manage fittings, assist shoppers, and answer calls with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have or be in pursuit of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
