Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check them in/out of rooms while monitoring merchandise in the fitting room.
• Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner with sales associates.
• Be knowledgeable to answer location, price, and use questions and direct customers to the right associate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
