Job summary

Scheels in Johnstown, CO is seeking a customer-facing associate to warmly greet customers, manage fitting-room check-ins, and assist with merchandise preparation and inquiries. Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have or be in pursuit of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, and monitor merchandise in the fitting room.
• Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner with sales associates.
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise and direct customers to the correct associate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
