Job summary

Stone-Bridge-Personnel is seeking an Experienced Fitter Welder skilled in reading blueprints and fabricating structural parts. The role emphasizes layout, welding (MIG/Flux Core), and the use of saws, drill presses, or Mag drills in a busy shop environment.

Candidates should pass a 3G weld test with beveled plates, be able to read CAD models, and work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Temp-to-hire with benefits after full hire is offered.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and perform fabrication tasks.
• Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Basic shop tools and measurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Structural welding on beams, brackets and plates.
• Operate saws, drill presses or Mag drills as needed.
• Grind angles on welded parts and read tape measures.
• Read 2D/3D CAD models for layout and prep.
