Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fitter Welder to build the foundational frames and assemblies for our engineered enclosures. This role combines craftsmanship and teamwork to ensure units meet specifications and quality standards, supporting efficient downstream assembly.

Operators progress through defined tiers I-III based on demonstrated skill, independence, and contribution to team performance, with a focus on safety and 5S principles in daily work.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret fabrication/ weld drawings to assemble components.
• MIG weld mild and stainless steel per quality standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, align and assemble structural components.
• Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
• Measure, fit, and align channels, beams, and components.
• Operate shears, brake press, torches, plasma cutters, and overhead cranes.
• Conduct finishing work and QA documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following 5S principles.
