Job summary

RK Industries is seeking skilled welders/fitters at multiple levels to join our fabrication team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, set up equipment, and perform high-quality welds per project specifications.

Emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork across shifts. Qualified candidates will have strong welding experience (FCAW/MIG), be able to operate cranes, read technical drawings, and contribute to Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education a plus.
• 3-5 years welding experience (FCAW, MIG).
• Ability to read blueprints and process sheets.
• Pass 3G/FCAW and 1G/GMAW tests; maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and job orders to select equipment.
• Produce high-quality welds per specs and standards.
• Inspect and document product quality; maintain equipment.
• Operate lift trucks and overhead cranes safely.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement efforts.
