Job summary

RK Industries, a family-owned manufacturing leader, seeks a Welder 1–3 to fabricate structural and metal components. You will interpret blueprints, operate trade machinery, and perform quality welds per project specs and safety standards.

Candidates should have 3–5 years welding experience (FCAW, MIG) and the ability to read technical drawings. We offer stability, career growth, and a deep community focus, with ongoing in-house training through RK University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years welding and metal processing experience (FCAW, MIG).
• Ability to read process sheets, blueprints and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks for fabrication of structural and miscellaneous metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to determine equipment and sequence.
• Inspect products for compliance, document results, and maintain equipment.
• Operate lifting equipment safely and collaborate to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
