Job summary

Arcosa Shoring Products in Mason, MI is seeking a 2nd shift Fitter/Welder to lay out, position, align and fit fabricated metal parts for welding. You’ll tack-weld and assemble components using MIG welders.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 1:30am with competitive wages and opportunities for merit increases and professional growth. Requirements include at least 1 year MIG welding experience, ability to weld steel and aluminum, ideally AWS certification, and the ability to read shop

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year MIG welding experience.
• Qualified to weld steel and aluminum.
• Ideal candidate will hold an AWS Certification.
• Experience reading specifications, shop drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Must be able to pass a 2 part weld test as part of the interview process.

Arcosa Shoring Products, is seeking a 2nd shift Fitter/Welder in our Mason, MIplant to meet increased production demands. As aFitter/Welder, you’ll lay out, position, align, and fit together fabricated parts of metal according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches in preparation for welding. You’ll also tack-weld pieces together using mig welders.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 4pm - 1:30am
