Job summary

IBA Worldwide is hiring a production assembler to build accelerators and subsystems, following drawings and BOMs. You may travel internationally up to 60% and join projects at customer sites as needed.

The role emphasizes adherence to quality standards, safety, and continuous improvement within a global healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

  • Specialized degree or diploma in Electromechanics, Electricity, or as a mechanic (A2 level).
  • Good knowledge of electromechanics and safety-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of time.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to follow procedures and regulations.
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially Word.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install IBA equipment according to drawings and BOMs.
  • Install equipment at customer sites abroad when required.
  • Maintain equipment and workstation following 5S and safety rules.
  • Follow safety instructions and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians during field assignments.

Mission

As a member of the production team, you are responsible for assembling IBA equipment, including accelerators and subsystems, based on drawings, bills of materials, and instructions from engineers in the Research and Development department. In doing so, you follow quality standards in the assembly hall and at IBA sites.

Approximate Salary Range: Approx. $65,000 - $88,000
