Job summary

IBA is seeking a production team member to assemble and install IBA equipment, including accelerators and subsystems, following drawings, BOMs, and engineer instructions in R&D. You will ensure quality standards are met in the assembly hall and at IBA sites worldwide.

Responsibilities include assembling and installing equipment, occasionally at customer sites abroad, and maintaining safety and cleanliness per 5S standards.

Qualifications

  • Specialized degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, or as a mechanic (A2 level).
  • Good knowledge of electromechanics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interested in new technologies.
  • Pragmatic and autonomous; able to take initiative.
  • Conscientious with respect for procedures and regulations.
  • Safety- and quality-oriented.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Word.
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 60% of your time.

Mission

As a member of the production team, you are responsible for assembling IBA equipment, including accelerators and subsystems, based on drawings, bills of materials, and instructions from engineers in the Research and Development department. In doing so, you follow quality standards in the assembly hall and at IBA sites.

Approximate Salary Range: Approx. $65,000 - $88,000
