Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity for a Fitter Foreman to join our Fabrication team. Epic takes pride in the quality of our work and seeks talented individuals at all skill levels.

What you’ll do

• Thoroughly review scope documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Study project execution and tracking documents including the execution plan, safety plan, and QA/QC plan.
• Participate in project kick‑off and team building activities.
• Ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with Production Management to ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Interface with all project team members as required to establish project schedules and resolve schedule problems.
• Provide leadership and management for craftsmen, ensuring to organize and lay out work for crews.
• Ensure that materials, drawings, manpower, specifications, tools, consumables, and equipment are available when needed.
• Provide prioritized work activity instructions to all crews and monitor their progress.
• Assist with the implementation and interpretation of safety programs.
• Verify the maintenance of ASME, ANSI, and associated codes as required per project.
• Maintain strict adherence to the policies set forth in the QA/QC manual.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
• Determine training needs of craft personnel and assist them in obtaining that training.
• Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
• Follow oral and written directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.

What you’ll need
