Patriot Erectors is seeking a skilled Fitter/Fabricator to assemble and fit structural, plate, and mechanical materials. You will collaborate with the Shop Superintendent to ensure high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive fabrication experience, reads blueprints confidently, and maintains precision in layout. Benefits include 401(k), life and disability insurance, HSA, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fitting and fabricating structural and mechanical parts.
• High school diploma or GED; 12 months of training or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in reading shop drawings and working independently.
• Current welding and OSHA certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit structural frames, bridge parts, beams and columns.
• Master blueprints to plan fitting operations.
• Layout and fit detail parts with precision.
• Verify the accuracy of fit-ups before inspection.
