Belmont University is seeking a Beaman Trainer 1 to provide personal training and wellness education to the Belmont community. This transitional role requires completion of the in-house Beaman certification and the Beaman Basics package.
Responsibilities include supervising client workouts, maintaining records, and delivering education on fitness and equipment. The position supports ongoing development and may involve odd hours.
Beaman Trainer 1 is transitional position for Jumpstart Trainers who have completed their in-house certification but have not yet attained a national certification. Beaman Trainer 1 provide members of the Belmont community with personal training and wellness education services.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move loads of 20-50 pounds. Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.
Completion of in-house certification course and Beaman Basics package.
