Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Fitness Trainer to provide exceptional experiences for members in their North Babylon location. Responsibilities involve creating fitness programs, engaging with members on their goals, and maintaining a clean environment.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, communicative, and passionate about fitness. A Nationally Certified Training Certificate is required, along with a willingness to become CPR/AED Certified.

Benefits include competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $20.00 and a comprehensive package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Create a class schedule for members including Orientation and DYOP.
• Engage with members to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone® philosophy.
• Perform comprehensive walks of fitness areas to ensure member experience.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and spaces.
