Job summary

You will design personalized exercise programs based on experience and goals, implement safe, effective routines, and provide a superior customer experience in a Judgment Free environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background and personal goals.
• Develop and implement exercise programs that are safe, effective and appropriate for individuals who are apparently healthy or have medical clearance to exercise.
• The Fitness Trainer is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests and ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience!
• If the candidate does not have a certification upon hire, they will be hired as a Member Service Representative and must obtain certification within 6 months from hire date.

• This position has a $1/hour premium added to any hours worked 10:00 PM-6:00 AM.
• Reimbursement available for Nationally Recognized Certified Training Certificate (not required for hire) up to $300 for the certification. If candidate does not have a certification upon hire, they will be hired in as a Member Service Representative, and need to obtain certification within 6 months from hire date.
