Planet Fitness is seeking Fitness Trainers to join a dynamic team in Michigan. This role focuses on creating personalized exercise plans, guiding members through workouts, and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

You will help members of all fitness levels reach their goals, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a growing company. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, and access to member perks.

• This position has a $1/hour premium added to any hours worked 10:00 PM-6:00 AM.
• Reimbursement available for Nationally Recognized Certified Training Certificate (not required for hire) up to $300 for the certification. Need to obtain within 6 months from hire date.

As a Planet Fitness Trainer, You Would Be

• Designing individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background and personal goals.
• Develop and implement exercise programs that are safe, effective and appropriate for individuals who are apparently healthy or have medical clearance to exercise.
• The Fitness Trainer is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests and ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience!
