Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 45+ pounds.
• NCCA accredited certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individual exercise programs for members.
• Provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain a Judgement Free environment and ensure member safety.
• Engage with members to understand goals and progress.
