Premise Health in Plano, TX seeks a PRN Fitness Trainer to provide care to client employees at our Health Center. Guaranteed hours: 3 hours/week with additional personal training slots 10–15 hours/week.
You will lead 1-on-1 or small group sessions, design safe programs, and promote fitness with guidance aligned to ACSM guidelines. Requires CPT with CPR/AED and First Aid, plus group fitness cert preferred.

As a PRN Fitness Trainer, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Plano, TX.
Guaranteed hours are 3 hours per week on the following schedule:
Tuesdays:
Upper Strength | 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
Quick Glutes | 12:35 PM – 12:50 PM
Thursdays:
Lower Strength | 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
Personal training- Looking for this role to also market and fill personal training slots, 10-15 hours per week. More can be booked if desired, but looking for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
