We are seeking a Service Technician and/or Service Apprentice to join our team across the Greater New York City Region.

About LIVunLtd

At LIVunLtd, Service Technicians are industry leaders responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple jobs and representing LIVunLtd professionally. We also offer a technician apprentice program with paid training, suitable for mechanically inclined individuals regardless of experience.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Travel to client locations
2. Inspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during service visits
3. Evaluate equipment for repairs; prepare parts list and estimates
4. Complete repairs and test equipment for full functionality
5. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and repairs
6. Identify additional revenue opportunities from service, warranty, and new equipment sales
7. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and inventory
8. Follow company policies on uniforms and vehicle maintenance

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move equipment and parts up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; clear MVR check
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, Wi-Fi, email, and mobile technology

Compensation and Benefits

The position pays $23-$26/hr based on experience and location, with eligibility for performance bonuses. Benefits include growth opportunities, health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and a company vehicle with gas and maintenance coverage.
