Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Fitness Supervisor to assist the Manager with daily operations and supervise our fitness staff within a busy wellness center that includes a fitness area, spa & salon operations, aquatics, and café.

The ideal candidate will oversee programming, create wellness experiences for an active membership, motivate staff, and maintain high levels of service in collaboration with the Fitness Manager and the Director of Cascades.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays required.
• Additional professional fitness teaching certifications preferred including: water aerobics, Zumba, Spinning, yoga, and/or Pilates
• Responsible for creating monthly schedules, staffing classes, payroll, and budgeting
• Must have excellent communications and customer service skills
• Ability to work as necessary, mornings, weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury resort and/or country club

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with daily operational support and supervision of the fitness staff.
• Oversee fitness programming and help create wellness experiences for our active membership.
• Monitor service flow in the Fitness center in coordination with the Fitness Manager and the Director of Cascades.
