Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a Sales Manager to join our fast-paced studio environment. You will drive membership sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and help run daily operations while promoting our brand in the community.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
• Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
• Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
• Motivate and Inspire: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

What We’re Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time:

• Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
• Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Required Availability:
